Hi, I’m Colleen. I’m a certified plant‑based coach with a long family history of heart disease and a lifelong love of the Standard American Diet. I didn’t learn to cook until I was 50, so I understand what it feels like to start from scratch. Over time, I made simple, sustainable changes that dramatically improved my heart‑health markers and transformed my wellbeing. Now I help people build real‑life habits that feel doable, taste good, and actually stick — without shame, pressure, or perfection.
